PART-TIME 6-MONTH CONTRACTOR POSITION 

A Lust for Life is a multi-award-winning movement that uses
programmes, content, campaigns, and events to facilitate young people

We are currently looking for a creative, talented and passionate soul
to work with us on a 6- MONTH PART-TIME CONTRACTOR BASIS, to support
the delivery of our upcoming fundraising campaign, The Rising. Do you
have the skills and conviction to help us deliver on our vision and
mission, and reach our fundraising targets? You will work within a
dynamic, supportive, and super creative team on an exciting, fast
paced, and rewarding fundraising project. The role will commence in

ENGAGEMENT & ADMIN COORDINATOR

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the communications
and engagement of a diverse group of stakeholders, assist in
delivering events to the highest standard, and provide administrative
support for our upcoming fundraising campaign to support us in
achieving our fundraising targets. You will act as a key point of
contact throughout, between the fundraising team and vendors, schools,
venues, press, service providers, youth groups, and communities (to
name a few) - to maximise the potential of the campaign.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Operate as a positive, authentic ambassador for A Lust for
Life’s upcoming fundraising campaign
* Ensure timelines are managed, and deliverables are produced to a
high quality standard and within budget, with the support and
collaboration of the Engagement Manager
* Support on outreach and engagement on community fundraising
opportunities to ensure ALFL reaches its fundraising targets (such as
sports clubs, gyms, and corporate organisations) as required
* Coordinate and attend meetings with the Engagement Manager and
internal/external stakeholders; sending any follow up
comms/information required to push the campaign/opportunity forward in
a timely manner
* Work with the Engagement Manager to support individuals and/or
groups looking to fundraise for us in an authentic and enthusiastic
manner
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, volunteers, venues, and guest
speakers, to support the delivery of high-quality events. Report
regularly on the events & event budgets where appropriate; escalating
on issues where necessary
* Support in developing strategic invite lists for events (such as
schools, youth groups, sports clubs, politicians, local councillors,
and mental health services) and engaging invitees to attend 
* Assist in nurturing and building A Lust for Life’s network to
maximise the opportunity for long term connections through the
campaign
* Support in the coordination of the PR plan, under the direction of
the Creative Director, and with the support of the Engagement Manager;
liaising with radio, press, and tv; communicating back to the team on
all details and updates in a timely manner
* Ensure the CRM and key contact lists are kept up to date
throughout
* Support the team in ensuring digital comms and content are up to
date with the most current information, and report back on any edits
required
* Booking accommodation and meals as required, and liaising with
vendors/providers on any additional needs and/or updates throughout
* Regularly report on progress to the Engagement Manager
* Other ad hoc duties related to the fundraising campaign

PERSONAL PROFILE

* A self starter, who will run with this exciting short term role
and deliver it with authentic enthusiasm.
* A commitment to and passion for youth mental health
* Experience in coordinating quality events and/or campaigns
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Experience in some database management is desirable but not
essential
* Experience in public relations is desirable but not essential
* Proven track record of delivery against targets and timelines
* Organised with a strong eye for detail and accurate reporting of
data
* Experience working on own initiative and within a team with total
can do attitude
* Demonstrable evidence of high personal integrity
* Ability to work remotely and occasionally in person
